Applicable Codes and Standards. 4.01. Prior to operating in parallel with Utility’s electric system, Customer shall certify that the CRG equipment, its installation, its operation and its maintenance shall be in compliance with the following standards:
a. IEEE-1547 (2003) Standard for Interconnecting Distributed Resources with Electric Power System;
b. IEEE-1547.1 (2005) Standard Conformance Test Procedures for Equipment Interconnection Distributed Resources with Electric Power Systems;
c. UL-1741 (2005) Inverters, Converters, Controllers and Interconnection System Equipment for Use with Distributed Energy Resources;
d. The National Electric Code, state and/or local building codes, mechanical codes and/or electrical codes; and
e. The manufacturer's installation, operation and maintenance instructions.
4.02. Customer shall provide a copy of the manufacturer’s installation, operation and maintenance instructions for the CRG equipment to Utility.
Applicable Codes and Standards. The Applicable Codes and Standards include (i) any codes and standards specifically mentioned in any provision of the Agreement or the Attachments as applicable to the Work; (ii) any codes or standards set forth or listed in any document listed in Schedule A-2; and (iii) those codes and standards of generally accepted practices, methods, techniques and standards employed by the international LNG industry constituting GECP, as specifically identified through detailed engineering.
Applicable Codes and Standards. The Applicable Codes and Standards include (i) any codes and standards specifically mentioned in any provision of the Agreement or the Attachments as applicable to the Work; (ii) any codes or standards set forth or listed in any documents listed in Schedule 1-2; (iii) specific codes or standards revisions set forth in the Codes and Standards document 26089-200-3DS-G01-00001 Rev A dated Feb-28-2017; and (iv) those codes and standards of generally accepted practices, methods, techniques and standards employed by the international LNG industry constituting GECP, as specifically identified through detailed engineering.
Applicable Codes and Standards. During the execution of the Work, Willbros shall comply with the latest edition of the following Applicable Codes and Standards, irrespective of the specification of any earlier date or edition. In the event of a conflict between the Applicable Codes and Standards and the Specifications, Willbros shall promptly notify Cheniere of the conflict. The specific Applicable Codes and Standards listed in this Schedule with respect to each organization (e.g., API) are not meant to be an exclusive list of such Applicable Codes and Standards that must be adhered to with respect to each such organization as they are applicable to the Work. Applicable Codes and Standards. The Undertaking shall be planned, developed, and executed by SI in consideration of the recommended approaches contained in the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties (“Secretary’s Treatment Standards”), and other prevailing applicable codes.

Prior to operating in parallel with JEA’s electric system, Customer shall certify that the customer-owned distributed renewable generation system equipment, its installation, its operation and its maintenance are in compliance with the latest versions/revisions of the standards listed below. Customer with distributed renewable generation greater than 100 kWAC and less than or equal to 2 MWAC must provide the certification of compliance with the latest version and/or revision of the standards listed below in a form of engineering certification, signed by an engineer licensed in Florida.
(a) IEEE-1547 – IEEE Standard for Interconnecting Distributed Resources with Electric Power System;
(b) IEEE-1547.1 – IEEE Standard Conformance Test Procedures for Equipment Interconnection Distributed Resources with Electric Power Systems;
(c) UL-1741 and XX-0000 XX – UL Standard for Inverters, Converters, Controllers and Interconnection System Equipment for Use with Distributed Energy Resources;
(d) The most recent version of the National Electric Code, state and/or local building codes, mechanical codes and/or electrical codes;
(e) The latest revision JEA Electric Systems Procedure ES 20202 902 DER Facilities; and
(f) The manufacturer’s installation, operation and maintenance instructions.
4.02. Customer may be requested to provide a copy of the documents listed in section 4.01(f) to JEA.
Applicable Codes and Standards. The Codes and Standards, generally applicable to the work under this section, are listed. Codes and Standards current at the time of bid shall be used. In case of contradictions between different standards, the BS shall prevail.
Applicable Codes and Standards. 2.1 Governing Specifications Bridge shall be designed in compliance with the AASHTO LRFD Guide Specifications for the Design of Pedestrian Bridges, 2009 (AASHTO Ped). Calculations shall be in accordance with this document, and formulas shall reference the appropriate sections.

b. IEEE-1547.1 (2005) Standard Conformance Test Procedures for Equipment Interconnection Distributed Resources with Electric Power Systems;
c. UL-1741 (2005) Inverters, Converters, Controllers and Interconnection System Equipment for Use with Distributed Energy Resources.
d. The most recent version of the National Electric Code, state and/or local building codes, mechanical codes and/or electrical codes;
e. The manufacturer's installation, operation and maintenance instructions.
4.02. Customer shall provide a copy of the manufacturer’s installation, operation, and maintenance instructions to JEA.
