Specifications and Standards a) All articles supplied shall strictly conform to the specifications, trademark laid down in the bidding document and wherever articles have been required according to ISI/ ISO/ other applicable specifications/ certifications/ standards, those articles should conform strictly to those specifications/ certifications/ standards. The supply shall be of best quality and description. The decision of the competent authority/ purchase committee whether the articles supplied conforms to the specifications shall be final and binding on the supplier/ selected bidder.
Specifications and Standards. Technical Specifications and Drawings
a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin.
b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity.
c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated in accordance with GCC Clause 33.
Specifications and Standards. The Project Highway shall be designed and constructed in conformity with the Specifications and Standards specified in Annex-I of Schedule-D.
Specifications and Standards. The Power Station shall be constructed in conformity with the Specifications and Standards specified in Annex-I of Schedule-C. The Station Heat Rate of the Power station shall be [2,350 (two thousand three hundred and fifty)]£ kCal per kWh at 100% (hundred per cent) maximum continuous rating (MCR) or such lower Station Heat Rate as may be specified in the Capacity Certificate.
Specifications and Standards. All Work for any Work Order or agreement for Other Work performed hereunder shall be performed in addition to all requirements and specifications set forth in the Work Order or agreement for Other Work, in accordance with the requirements and specifications of the National Electric Code, the National Electric Safety Code (both as they currently exist or are amended) and any other requirements imposed by any governmental authority or agency having jurisdiction.
Specifications and Standards. The Power Station shall be constructed in conformity with the Specifications and Standards specified in Annex-I of Schedule-A.
4 Station Heat Rate
Specifications and Standards. The specifications and standards referenced in the specifications, including addenda, amendments, and errata listed, shall govern where references thereto are made. In case of differences between the specifications or standards and the project specification or accompanying drawings, the project specifications and accompanying drawings shall govern. Otherwise, the referenced specifications and standards shall apply. The requirement for packaging, packing, marking, and preparing for shipment or delivery included in the referenced specifications apply only to materials and equipment furnished directly to the Government and not to materials and equipment furnished and installed by the Contractor.
Specifications and Standards. 25.1 The Goods supplied by the Seller will, at the date of delivery, comply with any specification and standard specified Specification Schedule annexed hereto as Annexure “D”.
25.2 Failure by the Purchaser to comply with Purchasers Specification Schedule in Annexure “D” shall constitute material breach by the Seller which shall entitle the Purchaser to terminate this Contract.
Specifications and Standards. 4.1.1. Technical Specifications and Drawings:
a) The AMISP shall ensure that the Solution comply with the Applicable Law, technical specifications and other provisions of the Contract.
b) The Solution supplied under this Contract shall conform to the standards mentioned in the Schedule F of this Contract. When no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the country of origin ofthe Goods.
4.1.2. Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which the Solution shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the scope of work. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by APDCL and shall be treated as Change Order in accordance with Article 14.
Specifications and Standards. 5.1 You represent and warrant that all information (including specifications) that you provide to us about the Goods are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
5.2 The Goods shall conform to all specifications and requirements stated in the Purchase Order and elsewhere in the Contract. In respect of hardware, equipment or software, in the absence of such specifications, such Goods shall conform to the manufacturer’s or software provider’s (as the case may be) prevailing published specifications.
5.3 In respect of hardware, equipment or software comprised in the Goods, you shall provide us with the level and quality of design, workmanship and materials as specified in the Purchase Order. If no level or quality of design, workmanship or materials is or are specified in the Purchase Order, you shall provide us with the level and quality of design, workmanship and materials in such Goods commensurate with best industry practices globally.
5.4 In respect of hardware, equipment, software and deliverables or work products of services comprised in the Goods, you represent and warrant that such Goods are new and genuine, will conform to and operate in accordance with agreed specifications, drawings and other descriptions, be free from defect and fit for purpose. You represent and warrant that all software provided by you to us shall be free from Malware.
5.5 In respect of services comprised in the Goods, you shall provide highly qualified, certified, efficient, competent and experienced professionals capable of carrying the roles, duties and responsibilities to provide the services in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract. We shall have the right to require you to replace the services of any of the professionals within seven (7) days for any reason whatsoever. Any replacement of professionals requested by us shall be at your cost and expense and you shall ensure the replacement process would not disrupt the services.
