Applicable Dividend Rate During a Non-Payment Period. So long as a Non-Payment Period shall continue, paragraphs 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of this Part II shall not be applicable to any of the Shares of RP and the shares of RP shall not be subject to Tender and Dividend Reset.
