APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS Exhibits A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, and I are attached to and form a part of this Contract. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency in the definition or interpretation of any word, responsibility, schedule, or the contents or description of any task, deliverable, goods, service, or other work, or otherwise between the base Contract and the Exhibits, or between Exhibits, such conflict or inconsistency shall be resolved by giving precedence first to the Contract and then to the Exhibits according to the following priority. Access to Documents To the extent applicable to this Agreement, in accordance with §1861(v)(I)(i) of the Social Security Act (42 USC §1395x) as amended, and the provisions of 42 CFR §420.300 et seq, Contractor will allow, during and for a period of not less than four (4) years after the expiration or termination of this Agreement, access to this Agreement and its books, documents, and records; and contracts between Contractor and its subcontractors or related organizations, including books, documents and records relating to same, by the Comptroller General of the United States, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and their duly authorized representatives.
Documents and Records Seller shall deliver to Servicer, and Servicer shall hold in trust for Seller and the Purchasers in accordance with their respective interests, all documents, instruments and records (including, without limitation, computer tapes or disks) that evidence or relate to Pool Receivables.

CREDIT AND COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS The applicable credit and collateral requirements are specified on the Cover Sheet.
COPIES OF REGULATORY REPORTS AND FILINGS Upon reasonable request, Competitive Supplier shall provide to the Town a copy of each public periodic or incident-related report or record relating to this ESA which it files with any Massachusetts or federal agency regulating rates, service, compliance with environmental laws, or compliance with affirmative action and equal opportunity requirements, unless the Competitive Supplier is required by law or regulation to keep such reports confidential. The Town shall treat any reports and/or filings received from Competitive Supplier as confidential information subject to the terms of Article 16. Competitive Supplier shall be reimbursed its reasonable costs of providing such copies.
Audits and Financial Statements A. Audits
– SUBMISSION OF REPORTS AND OTHER DOCUMENTS Service Provider shall submit all reports and other documents as and when specified in the Scope of Work. This information shall be subject to review by the City, and if found to be unacceptable, Service Provider shall correct and deliver to the City any deficient Work at Service Provider’s expense with all practical dispatch. Service Provider shall abide by the City’s determinations concerning acceptability of Work.

Referenced Documents 2.3.1 Unless the context shall otherwise specifically require, and subject to Section 21, whenever any provision of this Agreement refers to a technical reference, technical publication, CLEC Practice, SBC-13STATE Practice, any publication of telecommunications industry administrative or technical standards, or any other document specifically incorporated into this Agreement (collectively, a “Referenced Instrument”), it will be deemed to be a reference to the then-current version or edition (including any amendments, supplements, addenda, or successors) of each Referenced Instrument that is in effect, and will include the then-current version or edition (including any amendments, supplements, addenda, or successors) of any other Referenced Instrument incorporated by reference therein.
