Applicable Languages. Languages other than English to which this Letter of Agreement applies are Spanish, Somali, Hmong, Amharic, Vietnamese, Lao, and Oromo (“other languages”). Additional languages may be designated if identified by departments and authorized by the City’s Chief Human Resource Officer.
