Applicable Law 18. 5 Rozhodné právo This Agreement shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of Czech Republic The Parties agree that the courts of Hradec Králové, in Czech Republic, have jurisdiction to decide any questions related to this agreement. Bez ohledu na pšedchozí vetu potvrzují Smluvní strany, že žádné ustanovení této Smlouvy nebud interpretováno tak, aby bylo omezeno právo kterékoli Smluvní strany podat návrh na splnení povinnosti u pšíslušných soudů České republiky.

Applicable Law 18. 4. Rozhodné právo This Agreement including any/all attachments and potential amendments shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Czech Republic. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by competent courts of the Czech Republic.
