Applicable Law and Attornment. This Indenture, any supplemental indenture and the Debentures shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein and shall be treated in all respects as Alberta contracts. With respect to any suit, action or proceedings relating to this Indenture, any supplemental indenture or any Debenture, the Corporation, the Trustee and each holder irrevocably submit and attorn to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Alberta.
