Applicable Law and Attornment. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein and shall be treated in all respects as a British Columbia contract. The Parties irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of British Columbia and the courts of appeal therefrom.
