Applicable Law and Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be construed and regulated under and by the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., excluding the choice of law rules thereof, and shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. All references herein to "Dollars" and "$" shall refer to United States Dollars.
