APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPLIANCE. This contract shall be governed under the laws of the State of Indiana without giving effect to any choice of law provision or rule. In the event of a dispute between the parties, the Parties hereby agree that venue shall be in the state or federal courts located in Xxxxxx County, Indiana, and consent to such courts having personal jurisdiction. The Contractor shall at all times comply with and observe all federal and state laws, local laws, ordinances, and regulations which are in effect during the period of this contract and which in any manner affect the work or its conduct.
