Applicable Law and Venue. The Defend Trade Secrets Act will control all aspects of trade secrets and confidential information. Otherwise, this Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio without regard to its choice of law rules. Any dispute relating to this Agreement will be resolved by the state and federal courts serving Xxxxx County, Ohio, and I submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
