Common use of Applicable Law; Consent to Jurisdiction Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law; Consent to Jurisdiction. This Player Registration Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflict of law rules. I expressly consent and agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and U.S. federal courts located within Manhattan, New York (and any court having appellate jurisdiction therefrom) in all disputes arising out of or relating to this Player Registration Agreement. I agree that a final judgment in any such action, litigation or proceeding is conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.

I agree that a final judgment in any such action, litigation or proceeding is conclusive and may be enforced in other jurisdictions by suit on the judgment or in any other manner provided by law.
