Applicable Law; Jurisdiction. 17.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. 17.2 The place of jurisdiction for any and all disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be the courts in Frankfurt am Main. The Pledgee however, shall also be entitled to take action against the Pledgor in any other court of competent jurisdiction. Further, the taking of proceedings against the Pledgor in any one or more jurisdictions shall not preclude the taking of proceedings in any other jurisdiction (whether concurrently or not) if and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
