Applicable Law; Venue; Waiver of Jury Trial. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas without regard to Conflict of Laws. The parties agree that any dispute concerning this Agreement shall be brought only in a court of competent jurisdiction in Xxxxxx County, Texas, unless another forum or venue is required by law. Both the Company and Employee agree to waive a trial by jury of any or all issues arising under or connected with this Agreement, and consent to trial by the judge.
