Common use of Applicable Law; Waiver of Trial by Jury Clause in Contracts

Applicable Law; Waiver of Trial by Jury. This Agreement, and the rights and obligations of the parties hereto, shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. In any action on or related to the terms of this Agreement, the parties (for themselves and their successors and assigns) hereby waive any right to trial by jury and expressly consent to trial of any such action before the court.

In any action on or related to the terms of this Amended and Restated Agreement, the parties (for themselves and their successors and assigns) hereby waive any right to trial by jury and expressly consent to trial of any such action before the court.
