Applicable Law; Waiver; Venue and Arbitration. a) This Agreement is subject to all applicable federal laws and regulations and shall be governed by and construed under the applicable laws of the state of South Dakota. The laws of the State of South Dakota shall govern any procedural matters, excluding any applicable limitation period.
