Applicable Laws; Severability. This Security Agreement shall be governed by and shall be construed and interpreted under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Hawaii. If any provision of this Security Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the other provisions of this Security Agreement shall remain unaffected.
