APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND REGULATIONS. This agreement is governed by Belgian law. In the event of any dispute relating to the execution of this agreement, the parties will make every effort to reach an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable solution, only the Courts of Brussels shall be competent.
