Common use of Applicable Lending Installation Clause in Contracts

Applicable Lending Installation. Each Bank and the Agent may make and book its Loans at any Applicable Lending Installation(s) selected by such Bank or the Agent, as the case may be, and each Bank and the Agent may change its Applicable Lending Installation(s) from time to time. Each Bank may, by written notice to the Agent and the applicable Borrower, designate one or more Applicable Lending Installations which are to make and book Loans and for whose account Loan payments are to be made.
