Common use of Applicable Lending Offices Clause in Contracts

Applicable Lending Offices. Each Lender may book its Loans at any Applicable Lending Office selected by such Lender and may change its Applicable Lending Office from time to time. All terms of this Agreement shall apply to any such Applicable Lending Office and the Loans shall be deemed held by each Lender for the benefit of such Applicable Lending Office; provided, however, that other than as set forth in Section 2.15(a), such Lender shall not be entitled (a) to recover any costs and expenses incurred by such Lender in connection with such designation and (b) to receive any greater payment under Section 2.08 or 2.10 than the Lender would have been entitled to receive given its selection of its Applicable Lending Office on the Closing Date absent a Change in Law. Each Lender may, by written notice to the Administrative Agent designate replacement or additional Applicable Lending Offices through which Loans will be made by it and for whose account repayments are to be made.
