Applicable Offtake Pressure. 2.1 Subject to paragraphs 3 and 4, the Applicable Offtake Pressure shall be the Normal Offtake Pressure. 2.2 The “Normal Offtake Pressure” is a pressure of 45 xxxx or such higher pressure, not exceeding 55 xxxx, as IUK may require by notice to National Grid Gas specifying such higher pressure and given not later than 16:00 hours on Gas Day D-1.
