Applicable Policies. You agree to adhere to the .COOP policies set forth on xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxx/policies/, including but not limited to the requirement that third-and-higher-level domain names within your second level domain may only be used internally by you (absent a written license from the .COOP Sponsor).
Applicable Policies a. In the administration of all matters covered by this Agreement, Employer/Management officials and employees shall be governed by existing laws and government-wide rules and regulations as defined in the Statute in existence at the time this Agreement becomes effective and which are duly passed and adopted during the term of this Agreement. b. In the administration of all matters governed by this Agreement, Employer/Management officials and employees shall also be governed by Department of Defense (DOD) policies, Department of the Navy (DON) policies, and Marine Corps policies (collectively referred to as “applicable regulationsthroughout this Agreement) in existence at the time this Agreement becomes effective. c. Either party may initiate bargaining to change the Employer’s regulations, orders, administrative directives, and policy statements (collectively referred to as policies) that apply to bargaining unit employees.
Applicable Policies. In using the device, the student is subject to and must comply with District’s Board of Education Policies, Authorization for Internet Access Student Policy and Student Handbook Policies addressing student discipline, harassment/bullying, and acceptable use of electronic network/technology and their associated administrative procedures and regulations. A violation of any of these policies could result in loss of network privileges, loss of right to use the device, or appropriate discipline, up to and including suspension or expulsion.

Hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs)-State agencies are directed to purchase products that contain either (1) no HFCs or (2) HFCs with a relatively low Global Warming Potential (GWP) if HFC- free products are unavailable. This includes foam spray, fire suppression and explosion protection, and aerosols including both propellants and solvents. (e.g., aerosols, refrigerants, air conditioners, refrigerators and freezers, insulation and other foam-based building materials, adhesives, cleaning solvents, fire-suppressing agents, coatings, inks, etc.).

Clinical policies of the applicable former regional health authority remain in effect until replaced by equivalent AHS Policies. The AHS Policies applying specifically to the contracted Operator are listed and briefly explained below. The Operator must, at a minimum, be familiar with the governance documents listed and must comply, or develop policies that are consistent with, the requirements contained therein. AHS shall provide the Operator with the AHS Policies, and amendments to AHS Policies, electronically. The AHS Policies provided by AHS constitute part of this Agreement.
Applicable Policies. In consideration for the grant of this Award, the Grantee agrees to be subject to any policies of the Company and its Affiliates regarding clawbacks, securities trading and hedging or pledging of securities that may be in effect from time to time.

Student may not: a. Disrupt the educational process of the school district through non-educational use of the device; b. Endanger the health or safety of themselves or anyone else through the use of the device; c. Invade the rights or privacy of others at school through the use of the device; d. Engage in illegal or prohibited conduct of any kind through the use of the device; or e. Violate the conditions and rules of acceptable use of electronic network/technology.

Applicable Policies. Assigned Employees will be subject to the personnel policies and practices of the Enterprise which employs them, including but not limited to the compensation and benefits policies and practices of the employing Enterprise. Assigned Employees shall not be subject to any personnel policies or practices of any other entity, with the exception of Company policies and practices that are specifically related to: (i) the operation of the facility in which they will perform their duties, including security procedures, hours in which the facility is open, and badge systems; (ii) performance management; (iii) training; (iv) on-the-job conduct and behavior; and (v) compliance with respect to safety, legal requirements and codes of conduct. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the policies and practices of the Company specifically related to the matters described in the preceding sentence and the policies and practices of an Enterprise specifically related to such matters, the policies and practices of the Company specifically related to such matters will be controlling.
