The "Applicable Policy" clause defines which specific policies, procedures, or guidelines govern the agreement or relationship between the parties. In practice, this clause identifies the documents or sets of rules—such as a company’s privacy policy, security standards, or code of conduct—that are incorporated by reference and must be followed. By clearly stating which policies apply, this clause ensures all parties are aware of their obligations and helps prevent disputes over which rules are in effect.
Applicable Policy. When providing the Services, the HSP will meet the Performance Standards and conditions identified in Schedule D.
