APPLICABLE POLICIES AND REGULATIONS. Upon acceptance of the contract the Resident is subject to policies, rules, and regulations as published in the Residence Hall and Apartment Handbook, SHSU Undergraduate Catalogue, Student Guidelines Handbook and Daily Planner, all other publications of the University, and the Texas State University System Rules and Regulations as part of this contract. In the event of a conflict in published policies, the provisions of this contract will govern. Copies of these publications are available in the Department of Residence Life and posted on the Department’s website.
