Common use of Applicable Policy Clause in Contracts

Applicable Policy. Unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, the HSP will not reduce, stop, start, expand, cease to provide or transfer the provision of the Services except with Notice to the LHIN and if required by Applicable Law or Applicable Policy, the prior written consent of the LHIN.
