Applicable Procedures of the Depositary. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture, where this Indenture or any Note provides for notice or communication of any event (including any notice of redemption) to a Holder of a Global Note (whether by mail or otherwise), any such notice or communication permitted or required to be sent to a Holder of a Global Note may be sent in accordance with the applicable procedures of CDS (or other applicable depositary) and shall be sufficiently given if so sent within the time prescribed.
