Applicable Tax Reports. Where an Applicable Cash Flow is to be prepared in accordance with this paragraph 4 the Lessor shall for the purposes of preparing such Applicable Cash Flow also prepare a new Tax Report (the "Applicable Tax Report") which shall be delivered to the Lessee at the same time as the Applicable Cash Flow.
