Applicant Under Letter of Credit. If the Borrower so requests in any applicable LC Application, any other Obligor may be named as the applicant in the applicable Letter of Credit; provided that the Borrower shall remain fully liable for all fees and reimbursement obligations in respect of such Letter of Credit.
