Common use of Applicant’s Completion and Warranty Obligations Clause in Contracts

Applicant’s Completion and Warranty Obligations. Applicant irrevocably acknowledges its obligation to perform the Work in a good, workmanlike, lien-free manner in full compliance with City Standards. Applicant further warrants that the Work will be free of defects (normal wear and tear excepted) for a period of two years after the Work has been completed and finally accepted by City.
