Application against Secured Obligations. Subject to Clause 13.1 above, any monies or other value received or realised by the Security Agent from the Chargor or a Receiver under this Debenture may be applied by the Security Agent to any item of account or liability or transaction forming part of the Secured Obligations to which they may be applicable in any order or manner which the Security Agent may determine.
