Common use of Application and Registration Clause in Contracts

Application and Registration. 3.1 The Pharmacy shall apply for registration to MediKredit in the prescribed format and against payment of the registration fee as may be prescribed by MediKredit from time to time. 3.2 The Pharmacy warrants that it shall subject itself to the code of conduct and disciplinary procedures of the South African Pharmacy Council. 3.3 The Pharmacy further warrants that the information contained on the MediKredit registration documentation referred to in clause 3.1 shall be true and correct in all respects. 3.4 The Parties warrant that they shall comply with the requirements imposed by all applicable legislation pertaining to this C2 Agreement.
