APPLICATION AND TERM OF THIS CONTRACT. 2.1 This Contract applies only to Training Services for any Skills First Student who commences training between the Commencement Date and 31 December 2023. 2.2 This Contract begins on the Commencement Date and continues until the earlier of: a) such time as all Skills First Students in respect of whose training Funds are provided have completed or withdrawn from that training; or b) the termination of this Contract (in accordance with its provisions).
