Application by Receiver. Save so far as otherwise directed by the Note Trustee, all monies from time to time received by such Receiver shall be paid over to the Note Trustee to be held by it on the trusts declared under this Current Issuer Deed of Charge and to be distributed in accordance with Clause 8.3 (Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments).
