Subject to Section 9.04 and any subordination provisions applicable to the Securities, all moneys deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 9.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Issuer acting as its own paying agent or the Guarantor acting as paying agent), to the Holders of the particular Securities of such series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys have been deposited with the Trustee, of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal and interest; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Application by Trustee of Funds Deposited for Payment of Securities. Subject to Section 9.04 and any subordination provisions applicable to the Securities‎Section 9.06, all moneys deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section ‎Section 9.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Issuer acting as its own paying agent), to the Holders of the particular Securities of such series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys or Governmental Obligations have been deposited with the Trustee, of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal and interest; but such . Such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Application by Trustee of Funds Deposited for Payment of Securities. Subject to Section 9.04 8.4 and any to the subordination provisions applicable to the Securitiesof Article XI hereof, all moneys deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 9.01 8.1 shall be held in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Issuer Company acting as its own paying agent), to the Holders of the particular Securities of such series Series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys have been deposited with the Trustee, of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal and interest; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Application by Trustee of Funds Deposited for Payment of Securities. Subject to Section 9.04 and any subordination provisions applicable to the Securities8.5, all moneys deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 9.01 8.1 or Section 8.2 shall be held in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent Paying Agent (including the Issuer Company acting as its own paying agentPaying Agent), to the Holders of the particular Securities of such series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys have been deposited with the Trustee, of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal and interest; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Application by Trustee of Funds Deposited for Payment of Securities. Subject to Section 9.04 and any subordination provisions applicable to the Securities10.4, all moneys deposited with the Trustee (or other trustee) pursuant to Section 9.01 10.1 in respect of the Outstanding Securities of a particular series and the Coupons appertaining thereto shall be held in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Issuer acting as its own paying agent), to the Holders of the particular such Securities of such series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys have been deposited with the Trustee, and Coupons of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal and interest; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Application by Trustee of Funds Deposited for Payment of Securities. Subject to Section 9.04 and any subordination provisions applicable to the Securities9.4, all moneys deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 9.01 9.1 shall be held in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Issuer acting as its own paying agent), to the Holders holders of the particular Securities of such series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys have been deposited with the Trustee, of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal and interest; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Subject to Section 9.04 9.03 and any subordination provisions applicable to the Securities, all moneys deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 9.01 shall be held by the Trustee in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent Paying Agent (including the Issuer Company acting as its own paying agentPaying Agent), to the Holders of the particular Securities of such series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys have been deposited with the Trustee, Trustee of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal and interestinterest pursuant to such Securities and this Indenture; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Application by Trustee of Funds Deposited for Payment of Securities. Subject to Section 9.04 8.04 and any to the subordination provisions applicable to the Securitiesof Article II hereof, all moneys deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 9.01 8.01 shall be held in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Issuer Company acting as its own paying agent), to the Holders of the particular Securities of such series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys have been deposited with the Trustee, of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal and interest; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Subject to Section 9.04 and any subordination provisions applicable to the Securities8.04, all moneys (including U.S. Government Obligations and the proceeds thereof) deposited with the Trustee pursuant to Section 9.01 8.01, ‎Section 8.05 or Section 8.06 shall be held in trust and applied by it to the payment, either directly or through any paying agent (including the Issuer acting as its own paying agent), to the Holders of the particular Securities of such series for the payment or redemption of which such moneys have been deposited with the Trustee, of all sums due and to become due thereon for principal Principal and interest; but such money need not be segregated from other funds except to the extent required by law.

Application by Trustee of Funds Deposited for Payment of Securities.
