Application by Trustee of Monies Deposited With It. Anything in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstanding, any deposit of monies by the Company with the Trustee or any paying agent (whether or not in trust) for the payment of the principal of or premium, if any, or interest on any Securities shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 1201, 1202, 1203 and 1204 except that, if prior to the date on which by the terms of this Indenture any such monies may become payable for any purpose (including, without limitation, the payment of either the principal of or interest or premium, if any, on any Security) a Responsible Officer of the Trustee shall not have received with respect to such monies the notice provided for in Section 1206, then, anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, the Trustee shall have full power and authority to receive such monies and to apply the same to the purpose for which they were received, and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary which may be received by it on or after such date.

Anything Except as provided in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstandingSection 8.02, any deposit of monies by the Company with the Trustee or any paying agent Paying Agent (whether or not in trust) for the payment of the principal of or premium, if any, or interest on any Securities shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 1201Section 11.01, 120211.02, 1203 11.03 and 1204 11.04 except that, if prior to the date on which by the terms of this Indenture any such monies may become payable for any purpose (including, without limitation, the payment of either the principal of or the interest or premium, if any, on any Security) a Responsible Officer of the Trustee or such Paying Agent shall not have received with respect to such monies the notice provided for in Section 120611.06, then, anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, then the Trustee or such Paying Agent shall have full power and authority to receive such monies and to apply the same to the purpose for which they were received, and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary which may be received by it on or after such date. This section shall be construed solely for the benefit of the Trustee and Paying Agent and shall not otherwise affect the rights of holders of such Senior Debt.

Application by Trustee of Monies Deposited With It. Anything Except as provided in this Indenture to the contrary notwithstandingArticle Four, any 80 89 deposit of monies by the Company with the Trustee or any paying agent (whether or not in trust) for the payment of the principal of or premium, if any, or interest on any Securities Notes shall be subject to the provisions of Sections 12011301, 12021302, 1203 1303 and 1204 1304 except that, if prior to the second Business Day preceding the date on which by the terms of this Indenture any such monies may become payable for any purpose (including, without limitation, the payment of either the principal of or interest or premium, if any, or the interest on any SecurityNote) a Responsible Officer of the Trustee shall not have received with respect to such monies the notice provided for in Section 12061306, then, anything herein contained to the contrary notwithstanding, then the Trustee shall have full power and authority to receive such monies and to apply the same to the purpose for which they were received, and shall not be affected by any notice to the contrary which may be received by it on or after such date. This Section 1307 shall be construed solely for the benefit of the Trustee and any Paying Agent and shall not otherwise affect the rights of any holder of such Senior Indebtedness.
