Application, Construction and Interpretation. Notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement to the contrary, the parties agree that the indemnities in this Agreement shall be limited to the extent and only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law and that this Agreement shall be deemed to be amended to the extent necessary to enforce the indemnities herein.
