Application Enhancements Sample Clauses

The Application Enhancements clause defines the terms under which improvements, updates, or new features are added to a software application after its initial deployment. Typically, this clause outlines the process for requesting, approving, and implementing enhancements, and may specify responsibilities for costs, timelines, and ownership of the resulting changes. Its core practical function is to provide a clear framework for managing and delivering ongoing improvements, ensuring both parties understand how enhancements are handled and reducing the risk of disputes over future development.
