APPLICATION FOR A ZONING CHANGE. An application for an amendment by a property owner or his authorized agent shall be filed with the City Manager. The application shall be filed at least twenty (20) days prior to the hearings on the request. The application shall be accompanied by a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) plus five dollars ($5.00) for the cost of each registered letter required to be sent to affected landowners. This fee is subject to revision by resolution of the City Council from time to time. (Ord. 783, 3-24-98; amended by Ord. 832, 3-11-2003)
