Application for Column Change Clause Samples

Application for Column Change. Faculty members wishing to apply for a column change pursuant to this subdivision must submit, as part of the faculty member’s application, a portfolio that clearly describes and sufficiently documents and/or demonstrates how the faculty member meets the criteria for column advancement under this subdivision. The portfolio shall contain a table of contents. The application and portfolio shall be submitted to the faculty member’s college Human Resources department. The timing provisions in Section 4, Subd. 1, above, will apply with respect to both submission of the faculty member’s application as well as the effective date for any approved column advancement.
