Application for Interment Clause Samples
The 'Application for Interment' clause establishes the requirement and process for submitting a formal request to bury or inter human remains in a cemetery or burial ground. Typically, this clause outlines who is authorized to make such an application, the necessary documentation (such as proof of ownership of the burial plot or a death certificate), and any fees or approvals that must be obtained before interment can proceed. Its core practical function is to ensure that all burials are properly authorized and recorded, thereby preventing unauthorized interments and maintaining orderly cemetery management.
