APPLICATION FOR INVENTIONS. The University shall notify the Partner promptly after having made the Invention under Article 14.1, and may file an Application at its own discretion for such Invention. If the Partner exercises its license option for any countries as described in Article 14.3, the Partner shall notify the University and the University will file an Application in such countries.
