APPLICATION FOR PARTICIPATION. 2.1 An application shall be deemed accepted when such application is confirmed by the Organizer and the terms and conditions herein and on the overleaf hereof shall constitute a fully binding contract between the Exhibitor and the Organizer. 2.2 Any application, once accepted by the Organizer, cannot be cancelled without the consent of the Organizer. 2.3 The Organizer shall at all time have the right to refuse any application without tendering any explanation.
