Application Hosting Services. 8.1 Actual time will be charged for installation and configuration at one hundred seventy-five dollars ($175) per hour, unless otherwise noted. Administrative services are billed in fifteen (15) minute increments with no minimums.
Application Hosting Services. Upon implementation of the Site in accordance with Section 1.d.i above, TNL will, pursuant to the license granted in Section 5.d.ii below, make available to Customer the software applications specified and described in Exhibit A (the “Modules”) through the Site. The Modules will be hosted by TNL on the Host Server. As part of the Licensing Services TNL shall also provide ongoing support and maintenance services for the Site and the Modules in accordance with the terms set forth in Exhibit B attached hereto. Customer will be solely responsible for providing user support and any technical support at Customer’s location unless otherwise provided in Exhibit B or in a separate agreement.
Application Hosting Services. Application Hosting Services are part of Operations Support and consist of: Providing the Hardware and Software required to operate the Product in a production hosting environment; Hosting platform connectivity to the Product; Daily monitoring and operations of the Product; and Providing system and data backup and recovery services. Quest will provide all applicable Application Hosting Services with the capability to support the Product as described in the Specifications and to meet the Service Levels set forth in this agreement.
Application Hosting Services. “Application Hosting Services” are part of the Managed Services and consist of providing the Hardware and Software required to operate the System in a production hosting environment, hosting platform connectivity to the System, daily monitoring and operations of the System and providing system and data backup and recovery services. Quest will provide all applicable Application Hosting Services with the capability to support the System as described in the Specifications and to meet the Service Levels set forth in this Attachment B.
Application Hosting Services. If Licensee will receive application hosting services through either Local Application Hosting or Remote Application Hosting, Company and Licensee agree to the terms and conditions of Exhibit B, the Application Hosting Services, which is attached hereto and fully incorporated herein. Licensee shall be billed for the Application Hosting (either Local or Remote Services), as per Exhibit A, in accordance with the payment terms set forth in Section 3.0 of this Agreement.
