Application Labour Standards Legislation. The Company agrees that the minimum labour standards provisions of the Canada Labour Code and the supporting regulations, which are otherwise applicable to the Company and the employees within the bargaining unit, and any changes made in those provisions and regulations from time to time, are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.
