Application of Article 22. 02 Further to discussions during the negotiation of the 2013 renewal Agreement this will confirm that employees who wish to access a thirty (30) minute unpaid lunch break for shifts less than eight (8) hours of duration shall be permitted to do so upon request to their immediate supervisor. The time of such break will be determined by mutual agreement between the employee and their immediate supervisor.
