Common use of Application of Article 5 Covenants Clause in Contracts

Application of Article 5 Covenants. The Consultant acknowledges and agrees that the term “Consultant” as used in this Article 5 shall be deemed to include the Representative and any other representatives of the Consultant (collectively, the “Representatives”) who provide services to RAIN hereunder from time to time with the consent of RAIN. The Consultant shall procure the written enforceable commitment of the Representatives to be bound by the provisions of Article 5 as if they were original signatories hereto.
