Application of Article XIX. This Article XIX will apply only if the Plan is Top-Heavy, as defined below. If, as of any Top-Heavy Determination Date, as defined below, the Plan is Top-Heavy, the provisions of Section 19.04 will take effect as of the first day of the Plan Year next following the Top-Heavy Determination Date and will continue to be in effect until the first day of any subsequent Plan Year following a Top-Heavy Determination Date as of which it is determined that the Plan is no longer Top-Heavy.
