Common use of Application of Cash Liquidity Amount Clause in Contracts

Application of Cash Liquidity Amount. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein or in any other Related Document, funds in an amount not less than the Cash Liquidity Amount shall at all times, except as specified in this Section 4.18, be retained in the Series 2001-1 Cash Liquidity Account; provided, however, that upon the occurrence of any Event of Bankruptcy (without giving effect to any grace period granted in the definition thereof set forth in the Base Indenture) with respect to DTAG, Dollar or Thrifty and during the continuance of the related Insolvency Period, funds that have been retained in the Series 2001-1 Cash Liquidity Account pursuant to this Section 4.18(a) may be used as provided in this Section 4.18 to pay the following amounts in the following order of priority: the fees of any successor Master Servicer provided for in Section 4.8(c) of this Supplement, and interest in respect of the Series 2001-1 Notes as provided in Section 4.9(a), in each case then due and payable, pursuant to the Base Indenture as supplemented by this Supplement, in respect of the Series 2001-1 Notes.
