Application of Certain Amounts Held by the Indenture. Trustee upon ----------------------------------------------------------------- Certain Defaults. If as a result of any default by the Charterer or the Owner ---------------- Participant in the performance of its obligations under any Operative Document, the Indenture Trustee shall not have received for distribution on any Base Hire Payment Date (or the Indenture Trustee shall be prevented from distributing on such date) the full amount then distributable pursuant to Section 4.01(a), the Indenture Trustee shall, if Section 4.03 is not applicable but subject in any case to any restrictions contained in Section 4.05, distribute other amounts of the character referred to in Section 4.05 then held by it or thereafter received by it to the Holders to the extent necessary to make all distributions then due pursuant to Section 4.01(a).
