Application of Certain Other Payments. Any payments received by Indenture Trustee or any Secured Party for which provision as to the application thereof is made in this Agreement or any other Operative Document shall be applied forthwith to the purpose for which such payment was made in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, or such other Operative Document.
